Dental Bonding

Bonding is an inexpensive way to repair slightly chipped, discoloured, or crooked teeth. At this visit, a white filling is placed onto your tooth to improve its appearance. It comes in a variety of tooth-colored shades to closely match the appearance of your natural teeth. It is then “bonded” to your tooth.

Tooth bonding  is also used for tooth fillings. Many patients prefer bonded fillings because the white colour is much less noticeable than the silver amalgam fillings when you smile. They can be placed on front teeth for cosmetic treatments and back teeth depending on the location and extent of tooth decay.

Although bonding is a cheaper alternative then veneers they can also stain and are easier to break than other cosmetic treatments. The bonding generally can be easily patched or repaired in one visit with your Dentist.
